We believe working people are the backbone of Baltimore, and they are getting a poor deal in this economy. The rich keep getting richer and everyone else is getting farther and farther behind.

Corporate profits are rising steadily, corporate bonuses are at obscene levels, and the income gap between rich and poor keeps growing.

We are listening to people in Baltimore neighborhoods and finding that they want a chance to live the American dream. Most of us don’t expect to be rich or famous. We just expect a living wage and good benefits for a hard day’s work.
